Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan who is at full speed to fulfill all his poll promises has said that the government had placed an order to purchase the 108 service ambulance vehicles. Jagan further said that he spoke with the officials in expanding the 104 vehicles in the rural areas too.

On speaking to the launch event of the YSR Kanthi Velugu scheme, AP CM said that from the past few years, there has been 108 and 104 services came inoperative and he will work in full force to re-activate those services. He further assured the public that here onwards, there will be confidence to the people that will reach their doorstep on dialing the number.

YCP chief said that 432 new ambulances will be bought in a view of 108 services and another 676 new vehicles will be procured in reviving the extinct 104 services in the mandals. As a support to the patients that facing kidney-related ailments in both Srikakulam and Markapur locations, Jagan announced a research center and a specialized treatment center at both the places.

CM has also announced the hike in pensions for dialysis patients to ₹10,000 and also assured a similar amount for those suffering from Thalassemia.
