Hindi movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan is one of the iconic films in the career of Salman Khan in which Kareena Kapoor Khan played the lead role. The major reason for the success of the movie was Vijayendra Prasad who penned the story of this film. Recently during an interview, Vijayendra Prasad, the father of SS Rajamouli revealed an interesting incident. When Vijayendra Prasad narrated the story, Rajamouli refused to direct the film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Later, Karir Khan was brought on the board to helm this drama. Apparently, Rajamouli had expressed his regrets over not directing the movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan later to his father.
Vijayendra Prasad revealed, “I chose the wrong time to narrate the story. I narrated the story of Rajamouli when he was shooting the war sequences. It was peak time for us and he was fully focused on the shoot. I should have picked a proper time to narrate the story to my son.”
When Salman Khan was asked about the same in an interview, he got a bit upset and said, he is waiting for SS Rajamouli to make a film with him but it looks like Rajamouli has no interest in him.
On the other side, Rajamouli is currently working for upcoming much hyped movie RRR, which is slated to hit the theaters on 13th October.
