If ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry are to be believed, Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth will be seen playing the role of Indian James Bond in his next film. Rajinikanth will be seen in the role of National Security Advisor Ajith Doval. According to a source close to the development, the upcoming film will revolve around the career highlights of the National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, Ajit Doval.
This is not the first time that a character based on NSA Doval will be seen on the screen. Earlier, in the Hindi film Uri: The Surgical Strike, starring Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal played the role of Govind Bhardwaj, which was based on Ajit Doval.
It will be interesting to see Rajinikanth in the role of NSA Ajit Doval, who played a key role in a number of projects of national interest. The former IPS Ajit Doval was actively involved in anti-insurgency operations in Mizoram and Punjab, as also negotiations to facilitate the release of passengers from IC-814 in Kandahar in 1 the year 999.
