After delivering blockbuster movie Rangasthalam, Sukumar made an official announcement regarding his project Pushpa, which has Stylish Star Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role. Few days ago the shoot of Pushpa was halted because Sukumar was diagnosed with dengue. The director Sukumar was on medication.
The producer Ravi Shankar said, “The shooting of Pushpa was halted for just three days. But the director has recovered completely. Sukumar is raring to go and he will join the sets from Monday and resume the shoot.” Finally Sukumar is planning to resume the shoot of his upcoming directorial venture Pushpa from today.
Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa chronicles the red sanders heist in the hills of Andhra and depicts the convoluted nexus that unfurls in the course of narrative of a guy who is taken by avarice.
In the month of May, the makers had announced that Allu Arjun starrer Pan Indian film Pushpa will be released in two parts.
The first part of the movie is slated to release on 13th August this year with the second installment coming out in 2022. Written and directed by Sukumar , the film will be released in Telugu along with Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. The action drama which has Fahadh Fassil in the role of main villain, is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media.
